UBS Oxford is very much an international college and, as such, its current offerings are strongly focused upon online programmes notably the MBA, the MA in Marketing and the BA in Marketing. These programmes lead to a degree through TOP UK University. The programmes are supplemented by lectures of a revision nature face to face. This requires the student to come to the UK for a short period of time, or, where there is a large enough cohort, the revision may be carried out by Flying Professors, who travel to the home country of the students. These are the conventional degree programmes of a modern business school. We are also preparing one additional unusual programme named the MBA in Global Management. It will be a two-centre offering at UBS Oxford and UBS Karjat India. It will be taught using the tutorial method as seen in Oxford and Cambridge Universities, and will include modules in areas outside the normal MBA syllabus e.g. philosophy, geopolitics, climate change and comparative cultural analysis. This unique programme, both in content and delivery mode, will enable its participants to enhance critical analysis and thinking skills so important in the contemporary volatile global environment. The first course will start in January 2014.
